Autonomous growth

A deep trust in inner wisdom facilitates the growth of autonomy. This inner wisdom is actually acknowledged and lived by in contact with each other. Unfortunately, there is often not enough focused attention, nor open awareness in our daily lives, which leads to the diminished contact with ourselves and others. As a result, we may neither allocate, nor use the necessary space to discuss in detail, clearly think through and reflect upon, as well as feel what is going on inside and around us. This often goes hand in hand with persistent inner conflicts and seemingly insoluble challenges.

In one-to-one sessions we focus our attention compassionately on your experiences, thought processes, personal research questions, conflicts and developmental needs. We explore, question, question again and reopen what has been closed off emotionally and, if that fits your process, reorder what appears to be chaotic. This way you will gradually recognize from within what perspective and the corresponding behavior is fitting for you.

Lotte van Lith has developed a technique of dealing with dry theories and boring scientific concepts in a resolute manner. She brings them to life as a literary character in her own play. TPD is such a character, the Theory of Positive Desintegration, developed by the Polish psychiatrist Kazimierz Dabrowski (1902-1980). Intense Lotte herself simultaneously plays the roles of the writer, scientist and coach. Her knowledge of the subject is on the level of genuine authority. And then, not only does Lotte offer a unique study method, her explanations are also extraordinarily imaginative.
