Existential Boost! - a free webinar open to all
The webinar on March 28 is CANCELLED due to a private situation.
In this webinar, led by coach and author Lotte van Lith, we will take a deep dive into humanistic developmental psychology, with special attention to the theory of positive disintegration. Amongst others, we will explore concepts such as developmental potential (including the well-known overexcitabilities), the five developmental levels and more specifically the psychological growth dynamics and 'dynamisms'. We will explore Dabrowski's perspective on psychological growth through creative illustrations, exemplars and existential self-examination, and we will also question how positive disintegration processes may relate to the lived experience of gifted adults. We will co-create a space for deepening and playful reflection and connecting with each other, and at the end Lotte will share a bibliography for further self-study.
Mysteriously Me
The webinar will take place on April 4, from 19:30 – 21:45 CET.
Stay tuned for more information about this webinar on cultivating a sense of mystery as a boost for personal, relational and creative development.

Gifted Woman
In this webinar, we focus our attention on the personal and professional challenges that gifted women may experience. We ask what “woman” has signified throughout the history and as a myth. We distinguish systemic influences on the development of gifted women and pay special attention to inner conflicts that they may experience. We relate our research to traits specific to gifted phenomenology and neurological core. We mirror our personal experience with philosophers’ life experiences and intimate self-reflection of highly gifted women. We can learn from inspirational females what it means to be a gifted woman, her defining qualities and possible vulnerabilities a gifted woman may face in personal and professional development throughout her life. In addition, we will also paint a clear picture who’s the real impostor…! At the end you will receive a bibliography of inspirational literature for self-study and growth.
Giftedness, Relationships and Identity
What kind of challenges do gifted individuals experience in relationships, ranging from friendly to romantic ones? How do these challenges relate to the specific needs of those who are gifted and to intense developmental trajectories? What kind of masks may be put on to avoid the pain of rejection, and what kind of conflict styles may we notice? How does it feel to take off the mask? How do we learn to do that, and what kind of growth opportunities are then created in relationships with like-minded, but also different-minded people? How do we maintain a space for autonomous development and how do we remain sensitive towards loved ones and the bigger social and natural environment, in which we live and interact? What aspects of identity are important to acknowledge in order to develop them, and actually also to facilitate deeper forms of intimacy through the expression of those aspects? And how is intensity, such frequently mentioned experiential characteristic of giftedness, the driving force of personal creativity and the experience through which we can achieve open contact? This is a webinar about topics that genuinely matter and connect to the core of our needs for autonomy, connectedness and relatedness.
